Staging Consultations
You will meet for up to 2 hours with one of our Certified Professional Home Stagers/Interior Designers to do a thorough assessment of the inside and outside of your home. Prior to the meeting, you’ll receive informational handouts to prepare you for the appointment. During your meeting we’ll discuss with you in detail our recommendations, including de-cluttering, cleaning, repairs, updating, and placement of furniture and décor. We are experts at creatively utilizing what you already own, as well as recommending editing and rearranging for the greatest impact!
We view this appointment as a collaborative effort with the homeowner, working with you to problem-solve the best way to prepare your home for sale. Just as homes are unique, we also understand that homeowners and their situations are not all alike, so we never use a “one-size-fits-all” approach when making our recommendations. After the appointment, you receive a written report with all of our recommendations clearly detailed, which you can then implement. We also share our extensive vendor resources with you, should you need referrals for handymen, cleaners, movers, etc.
Hands-On Staging
Some homeowners want or need more help than just a consultation, and we do hands-on staging as well! We can customize this service to suit your needs, whether it’s to return after a consultation to make the final staging “tweaks” before photos, or to rearrange furniture, art, and accessories for a set number of hours. Staging services are billed by the hour.
Enhancements
When a home is in need of more than just a few items to wow buyers with a model home look (especially important in larger, more expensive homes), and the homeowner doesn’t want to purchase all the items needed, we can enhance the home with rental items from our vast warehouse of art and accessories.
Shopping
During a consultation, we sometimes recommend to homeowners that they make a few purchases to enhance the decor of the home before selling. These recommendations may include things like art, throw pillows, plants, or new master bedding. We tell you where to pick up these items inexpensively, or we can do the shopping for you!
