Monica started staging 10 years ago with a large company on the West Coast then branched off on her own. After running a staging company in a luxury market, it was a natural and easy transition to pick up where she left off with home staging in Colorado. Her goal is to make a property show beautifully when it goes on the market and wants prospective buyers to walk away from a property and say, ‘I could live there!’ Monica and the TPS team input a great deal of thought and care with each home so it has the absolute best resale potential. She believes it’s important to take time with every project and make it beautiful. Monica and the TPS team are reliable and organized with every project no matter what happens, they will get your home staged on schedule. They take much pride in their efficiency and understand that first impressions are quickly determined and can often make or break a deal. They provide an excellent first impression for online property viewers and home buyers.
Amee Jensen
Amee Jensen (Occupied Staging) is a Certified Home Stager from Salt Lake City, Utah, where she worked as a Staging Consultant for several years. Amee brings a unique love of art to her work, having received a B.A. in Art History from Brigham Young University. She truly appreciates how the elements of design can powerfully change a space into something spectacular, and loves utilizing her aesthetic talents to help homeowners create gorgeous spaces that potential buyers will love.
Amee loves to travel and has visited fifteen countries with plans to see many more! Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, and the Republic of Singapore are some of her favorites. She is an avid lover of the arts, everything home decor, the magic of dry nail polish, and considers herself an Oreo cookie addict!

Lisa Koenig
Lisa Koenig, founder of THE PROFESSIONALS Staging, has been beautifying spaces for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design, and also earned her Certification as a Professional Home Stager from the Home Staging Resource. Lisa’s knowledge of the staging industry, the Pikes Peak region, and the relationships she has built havecemented her as one of the area’s leaders in the art of home staging.
After establishing a brand of staging professionalism and excellence for over 13 years, Lisa has turned over the operational reigns of the company, but continues to serve in an advisory role.
