THE PROFESSIONALS Home Staging & Design exists to serve home sellers and realtors needing staging services. We also offer interior design services for clients who are not selling their home, but desire a style update to make their home a more beautiful reflection of themselves.
The Complimentary Phone Consultation
Meet with Lisa Vargas, owner of THE PROFESSIONALS Home Staging & Design, for a phone appointment and let her answer your questions about staging, how the process works, and whether it would benefit your home. Your budget will be discussed, and an estimate will be given based upon the amount of work needed to reach the goal of obtaining the quickest sale and highest dollar amount possible for your home. This service is Free.
Staging Services $60 per hour
Your home will be transformed as we work with what you already own to create a “model home” look that will appeal to the most potential buyers. Furniture, artwork, and accessories will be rearranged to help the home appear warm, welcoming, and spacious. You will receive beautiful photos of the completed rooms for your realtor’s marketing efforts. You will also receive a written report for any recommendations we suggest for repairs, updates, or staging of additional rooms.
The DIY Consultation $60 per hour/2 hour minimum
This service is for the do-it-yourself homeowner who would like some advice on what should be done to get their home ready for sale. Your entire home will be evaluated, inside and out, to determine what needs to be accomplished in every room to help your home show at its maximum potential. We will discuss such things as what needs to be packed away and/or stored, repairs that may need to be made, recommended décor updates, and furniture arrangement. THE PROFESSIONALS will then email you a detailed report of what we discussed for you to follow. Once they have completed their to-do list, some clients elect to have THE PROFESSIONALS return for the final staging touches before listing.
Vacant Home Staging
This process will turn an empty house into a warm and inviting home. We can work with all budgets, accomplishing the desired look with accessories only, accessories and small furniture pieces (also called “vignette staging”), or accessories and rental furniture. In addition, photos will be taken for your realtor to use in their marketing efforts, which will look so much better than photos of empty walls and floors! Prices depend on the square footage of the home, how many rooms are to be staged, and whether furniture is to be rented.
Shopping Services $60 per hour
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that will serve as an investment in the sale of your home. Of course, after you sell your house you will have those purchases to take to your new home! THE PROFESSIONALS know where to shop to get “Designer Discounts” on what we purchase for you. This service is also available for interior design clients.
Interior Design Services $60 per hour
THE PROFESSIONALS offers a full range of design services. Whether you are building a home and need expertise choosing colors and finishes, planning a remodel, or have moved and need help knowing where to place all your belongings in your new surroundings, THE PROFESSIONALS have the talent and vision to make your home amazing!
Additional services available based upon the home’s needs and the home seller’s budget.
