About Us…
Lisa Vargas, owner of THE PROFESSIONALS Home Staging & Design, has been beautifying spaces for over 25 years. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design in 1985. She then received her Certification as a Professional Home Stager from the Home Staging Resource, which is the only staging training course in the country accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). Lisa is passionate about helping people sell their homes in the quickest amount of time and for the most money possible, by using her talent, expertise, and experience.
Lisa grew up traveling extensively as an Air Force child and then later as an Army wife. In 1989, Lisa moved to Colorado Springs, and has called this area home ever since. Her knowledge of the region and the relationships she has built help to cement her as one of the area’s leaders in the art of home staging. Lisa is also an active affiliate member of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and is currently serving as Treasurer of that organization. When she is not transforming homes, Lisa enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also is a fan of the Colorado outdoors, and loves to camp, hike, ski, and ride ATVs.
Lisa’s company, THE PROFESSIONALS Home Staging & Design, offers a full-range of services, including Occupied and Vacant Home Staging, a Realtor Referral Program, a Realtor Partnership Program, Quality Photography, and Interior Design. It is important to her that her clients are 100% satisfied, and she strives to ensure that every client’s needs will be met and exceeded when they trust their home or listing to THE PROFESSIONALS.
